The Treasury Management Sales and Service Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of the Bank’s Treasury Management function. This role owns the end-to-end Treasury Management lifecycle, including sales growth, product adoption, client onboarding, ongoing service delivery, and team development. This role partners closely with Digital Banking, Commercial Lending, Branch Teams, Operations, IT, and Risk to ensure Treasury Management solutions are effectively aligned with client needs, delivered consistently across the organization, and contribute meaningfully to non-interest income and client retention.  12–15+ years of progressive experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Commercial Banking, 7–10+ years in leadership roles, including managing sales teams, service/implementation teams, and senior client relationships. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent professional experience.  Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level interaction.  Results-oriented with the ability to balance growth, client service and risk management
Salary range: $120,000.00 to $160,000.00
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Strategic Leadership & Program Development
    • Aid in development and execute the Bank’s Treasury Management strategy to drive revenue growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Lead the evolution of Treasury Management products and services, ensuring competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability.
  • Establish departmental goals, performance metrics, and reporting to track sales performance, service quality, and profitability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to leadership on Treasury Management trends, opportunities, and risks.
 
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Drive Treasury Management sales growth across commercial, small business, and targeted retail segments.
  • Partner with Commercial Lending, Business Development, and Branch Teams to integrate Treasury Management solutions into the overall client relationship strategy.
  • Support pipeline development through joint calling, proposal support, pricing guidance, and deal structuring.
  • Oversee pricing and profitability models to balance competitiveness with risk and margin objectives.
 
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop Treasury Management sales and service teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and career development paths for team members.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing, training, and expertise to support current and future business needs.
 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate closely with Branch Teams to ensure Treasury Management solutions are effectively positioned and supported at the branch level.
  • Partner with Digital Banking, Operations, IT, Risk, and Compliance to ensure solutions are operationally sound and meet regulatory expectations.
  • Participate in enterprise initiatives related to digital banking, payments, fraud mitigation, and process improvement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a combination of education and experience in business, accounting, finance or related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management or Commercial Banking.
  • Advanced proficiency in evaluating the financial needs of clients and skilled at developing a customized package of Bank products and services to meet those needs.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in relation to the banking industry.
